Crossroads Center, Inc.

The mission of Crossroads Center is to enhance the lives of individuals with disabilities through adaptive horseback riding. We provide equestrian programs that are designed to encourage all participants to reach their personal physical and/or emotional potential in a safe, caring, and challenging environment.

Crossroads is a non-profit organization. We are extremely gratified to have strong community support, both financially and from all the volunteers that make our programs possible. No rider is turned away due to financial hardship. If you are interested in becoming a volunteer or making a donation, click on the tabs at the top of the page.

The center is located at the Ronnie Delay Arena, 8.5 miles east on Road 4 (formerly Bluebell Road) from the six-way intersection on Highway 54. Lessons are held in an indoor arena, generally from April to November, with a break during August. Contact Natalie Adame, Associate Director or Rena Cross, Executive Director for more information. Call Natalie at 620-621-4250. Call Rena at 620-629-5107.

Crossroads is always in need of volunteers. If you aren’t sure if this is for you, come out and observe a session. You don’t have to work directly with horses or clients! We have many volunteer opportunities, from cleaning and painting, to scooping poop. Poop happens....a lot. Click on the Volunteer Information tab at the top of the page.
